Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing subscriptions and purchases made within the SAYPO mobile application. By making a purchase or subscribing to a premium tier, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Tiers and Features

SAYPO offers two paid subscription tiers to enhance your experience. Features and limits are subject to change. Current offerings include:

Premium Tier

Designed for serious athletes.

  • Price: $7.50 / month
  • Increased Limits: 5 P2P threads, 3 Group threads.
  • AI Benefits: Up to 7 AI Program generations per month.
  • Advanced analytics and reporting.

Coach Tier

Designed for professional coaches managing clients.

  • Price: $30.00 / month
  • Increased Limits: 15 P2P threads, 7 Group threads.
  • AI Benefits: Up to 30 AI Program generations per month using advanced models.
  • Coach Dashboard and advanced client data permissioning.

2. Consumable Purchases (Add-ons)

Users on the Coach Tier may purchase additional P2P Thread slots beyond their monthly allotment.

  • Price: $1.00 per additional P2P slot.
  • Consumable purchases take effect immediately upon successful payment.
  • Once a slot is purchased and added to your account capacity, it cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Payment Processing & Billing

Apple App Store & Google Play

All transactions, subscriptions, and billing inside SAYPO are securely processed by Apple (for iOS users) or Google (for Android users). SAYPO uses RevenueCat to manage subscription infrastructure, but we do not directly process, collect, or store your credit card information.

Because Apple and Google handle all payments directly:

  • Any payment disputes, billing issues, or tax questions must be directed to Apple Support or Google Play Support.
  • Your billing relationship is directly with the app store provider you used to download SAYPO.

4. Auto-Renewal Terms

When you purchase a subscription (Premium or Coach), you agree to the following auto-renewal terms:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
  • Deleting your SAYPO account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the respective app store.

5. Refund Policy

No Direct Refunds from SAYPO

Because all transactions are processed entirely by Apple and Google, SAYPO cannot directly issue refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits.

How to Request a Refund:

  • iOS Users (Apple): You must request a refund directly from Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select "Request a refund." Apple's refund policies apply.
  • Android Users (Google): You must request a refund directly from Google. Visit the Google Play Store, go to your Order History, and select "Request a refund." Google's refund policies apply.

Consumables (Add-on Slots)

Consumable items, such as the $1.00 P2P Thread Add-on slots, are generally non-refundable once the capacity has been added to your account, subject to the laws of your jurisdiction and the policies of Apple and Google.

6. Changes to Pricing

SAYPO reserves the right to change our subscription prices or the pricing of consumable add-ons at any time. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice of the change. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
