How to Request Deletion

In-App Method
Log in to your SAYPO account, navigate to Settings → System, and scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom. Tap "Request Account Deletion".

Sign in to SAYPO Web, go to your Profile, and scroll to the Danger Zone to confirm with your password.

What Data is Deleted?
- check_circle Personal profile information (name, email, avatar).
- check_circle Workout logs and historical performance data.
- check_circle Food logs and nutrition data.
- check_circle Step counts and activity data.
- check_circle Published programs (if set to private by you).
- check_circle AI coaching conversation history.
What Data is Retained?
- info Published programs that have been cloned by other users remain in their personal libraries as independent copies.
- info Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
- info Safety reports submitted about your account may be retained for legal and policy enforcement purposes.
Timeline & Retention
Phase 1: Deactivation
Your account is immediately deactivated and hidden from all public searches and social feeds. Your performance data is locked.
Phase 2: Grace Period (72 Hours)
You have 3 days to reconsider. Simply sign in to your account during this window to cancel the deletion request and restore all data.
Phase 3: Permanent Purge
After 72 hours, the system protocol permanently purges your record from our databases. This action is irreversible.
